Timeout/disconnected if many users are connected to WifI

Hi good day,

Our company have 8 Mikrotik wireless access points “model cAP ac” and Mikrotik “CCR model 1009 7g 1c” with 3 SSID’s. The third SSID is a VLAN and slave of wlan1(2G) interface.

2 Access Points are positioned on the 12th Flr, 5 AP are positioned on the 11th Flr, and 1 AP is positioned on 9th Flr. When many users are connected to WiFi, say for example on the 12th Flr, internet becomes unstable. Usually, request timed out, high latency (1000-3000 ms), slow internet and users get disconnected. Other Access Points on the other floors, like 11th and 9th Flr are not affected by the issue. Wired network is not affected also.

See attached logs below,

My question is that, what might be the cause of this issue and what should I do to resolve this problem?

Help will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Do you use CAPsMAN? What is your access list policy (disconnect anyone with signal worse than -90 ?)? Does you cAP and Router have newest RouterOS?

Hello,

Do you use CAPsMAN?
Yes, I am using CAPsMAN but not as router/firewall, only for Caps Manager.

What is your access list policy?
No access list policy.

Does you cAP and Router have newest RouterOS?
No yet. But this also happened many times before even I updated the cAP and CCR to its newest RouterOS.

Does anyone experienced the same problem?

Anyone can help me with this?
