Can be details of timezone printed? I have RouterOS 5.7 and I see that timezone details are not up-to date in 5.7.
Daylight saving time was cancelled in Egypt a year ago; there was no switch to DST in 2011, Egypt runs GMT+02:00 in 2011. RouterOS 5.7 still works with legacy rule:
