Not sure if I understand you correct…do you want to connect the RB1100 to the TM router?
If you want double NAT (assumption, based on the fact that you are referring to a private IP range).
If the TM is doing DHCP, you can set the RB1100 Address Acquisition to Automatic. Local Network should be set anything other then 192.168.0.0 (i.e. 192.168.10.0).
But can you please first explain what you are trying to accomplish (functionally)?
