Have 433 board programmed by previous owner. Unable to default and access with Winbox. Shows ‘wrong username or password’ message. Have tried to default by shorting across default point on board while powering. How do I get board to allow login so I can re-program? Don’t need to save old settings.

You must reboot the board (power down and power on) while the jumper is shorted.
Then use admin as the user and password is blank.
Is that not working?
