To limite the monthly bandwidth

We can limite the instant traffic with Mikrotik.
But, I want to put the monthly traffic intead of instant traffic for giving VPS server.
For example, I want to limite any kind of ( xx.xx.xx.xx) IP adresse’s monthly traffic as 100 GB, any kind of limite about instant traffic can not be created.

Use the radius server.

Can we allow that with using mikrotik?

with user manager. Mikrotik is a Router not an accounting or Radius.
