Too much NAT

I need one extrange thing with the NAT.
Like the manual explain with the 1:1 NAT, i need multiple 1:1 NAT.
The thing is that i need translate all host in the network with the next schema:
10.10.10.X to 20.20.20.Y where if X=1 then Y=1 and again to 255


I can write one NAT rule to each, but if someone known another solution best.

Why don´t you use publics ip..?
