/ tool sigwatch missing in advanced-tools-2.9.26-ns

I must replace standard PC with RB532A + MikroTik 2.9.26-ns and I can’t find sigwatch tool. On PC I can set DTR signal via sigwatch on RS232. Is possible to do this on RB532A ?
