I have a really strange problem that I’m trying to solve for at least for a year and I just cannot find the problem.
We have Tooway satellite internet connection (using Dawson modem) and when I try to use my Mikrotik router with it (to connect multiple clients using SRC NAT masquerade), internet doesn’t work. It works if I’m directly connected to the modem or if I use for example Ubiquiti, Tenda, TP link or any other router for SRC NAT (to connect multiple clients). Any idea what could be the problem?
If I use any other internet connection on the same Mikrotik router, internet (NAT) works. MTU is configured to 1500, the same as, for example on Ubiquiti where it works.
I can see that there is the right default route, right SRC NAT and everything.
Any idea?
