totally disable check-gateway for a static route

How do I disable gateway checking reachable/unreachable for a static route?

I’ve got the case: ISP’s router (ethernet-accessible nexthop) doesn’t replies to ICMP and incorrectly replies to arp gateway checking so the get non-active for a few tens of seconds every few minutes. How do I make this route always active whatever gateway is reachable or not?

AFAIK this is not possible.
But I’m looking forward to a solution (something like an “onlink” option).
