TP-Link adapter and access list (bug?)

Hello everyone,
Today, I purchased the TP-Link TX20U PLUS Wi-Fi adapter.

I connected the TP-Link adapter to my AX3 router (version 7.16.2 - latest) and attempted to set up this adapter in my MikroTik access list (screenshot attached).

After configuring the MAC address of the TP-Link adapter, the interface, the action as “accept,” and adding a comment, I noticed that the access list rule is completely ignored. The comment field remains empty, and the TP-Link adapter keeps jumping between interfaces, switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

I also have a cAP ax connected as a CapsMAN to the AX3, but I tested this issue with and without the CapsMAN connected — the result is the same.

IMHO there should be reject rule for the same MAC address after accept rule

There is a rule: reject all except specific exceptions (trusted devices). However, the TP-Link adapter ignores the access list. How is this possible ?
