No, unfortunately not. The TP-Link converter is using a 100 Megabit connection (100Base-FX), and Mikrotik SFPs use a 1.25 gigabit connection (1000Base-LX). Unlike with Ethernet on copper, there is no such thing as auto speed negotiation, and the transmission standards in use are incompatible with each other.
