TP-Link Switch TL-SG2210MP added MikroTik SFP to RJ-45

Hi,
I have a (Omada) TP-Link Switch TL-SG2210MP - 8 ports and 2 SFP (unused ports)
now I added 2 MikroTik SFP to RJ45 modules.
When i plug in de RJ-45 cable I do not get connection with the network.
What do I need to do to get the 2 additional RJ-45 ports to work

What does TP-link say about the plugged-in SFPs? Does it recognize them? Does it allow any settings (e.g. speed settings, …)?
