it is realtek 8268b inside…
I think first need to install its driver
in RouterOS, you can’t add any drivers. If that TPLINK card is not recognized in RouterOS v5.21, you must email support to see if MikroTik can make it work. There is no way to add drivers by yourself.
it’s a realtek cip so it’s a good chance to work.
it was problem of board, not routeros…when the card was in board, system doesnt boot…changing for intel network card solved the problem…
