Traffic accounting and limiting with Radius like exppp

Hello!

Is there features in RouterOS to make traffic accounting and limiting (disconnecting users) on ppp (pppoe) connections?
Is there feature to exclude traffic of some ip subnets from accounting on ppp, like in exppp for FreeBSD ?

For example, we have LAN and need to account only Intenet traffic, but not local.

As far as i know, any thing going in and out of router is accounted. Maybe with use of mangle rules to account only the traffic you want but then to use it somewhere would be a shlep. I would rather split the traffic before they go through the mikrotik that does the accounting.
