traffic counter and log downloader

I have configured 2.9.12 for hotspot.

Want to use traffic counter and log downloader.

NTP works fine,ip accounting and accessible-via-web are enabled.

Traffic logger just gives me “bad response” and log downloader gives
me ERROR.

I logon to the MT via the hotspot interface wlan1 using the wlan1 ip address in the traffic counter and log downloader.

What am I doing wrong ?
