traffic counting for hotspot users

Hi to All!
I have some free services for my users on some servers.

I want to turn off traffic counting for hotspot users when they generate traffic to X.X.X.X server. So when they download from these server not to count megabytes!

In older versions “2.8.x” supports it with forward chain, so i can do it in “2.8.x” routers but in “2.9.x” I can`t do it with a simple forward chain!

My question is how can I do that in newer 2.9.x softwares? Does have any other method for it in “2.9.X” or it is inpossible in “2.9.x” ?

It is impossible in RouterOS v2.9. Maybe we will add that feature in RouterOS
2.10, if many clients will need that.

Just another question… Can you tell me how can I do it with freeradius? So how can I turn off accounting in radius server! Does have any feature for it?

I`m using freeradius with MT 2.8.x and 2.9.x routeros!
