Traffic limit for multiple computers

Hi, I need two computers to share a bandwith limit (for example 5 Mbits/sec)

I mean, if one computer is consuming 2 Mbits, second computer should be able to use 3 Mbits only.

Is it possible by using Mikrotik 2.9.10?

did you read through http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.9/root/queue ?

I think THIS is what you need.
