Traffic Monitor not work

Hi friends,

Version:ROS 5.7
Plattform: x86

I need activate my backup connection, when my upload its above 800Kbps, so, the best option for this, its Traffic Monitor ( /tool trafic-monitor )

But…if i use the example script http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Tools/Traffic_Monitor not work. Not enable my connection backup (ether2)

Have a dude, inside traffic-monitor, section “On-Event”, there, for run a script, who is the better option ? → 

/system script run eth-up

or

eth-up
