Traffic not passing from wan to lan

I have a customer with a RB411 running 5.19. They hav ben running fine for months. I can winbox into their cpe on the Wlan interface from my tower. everything looks fine. the arp list shows the ethernet computers ip address. I can’t ping it from the cpe. firewall is normal. defaut route is correct.

They can’t surf or ping past the cpe. they can ping and winbox the cpe from the lan.

I would appreciate any help.

Check the masquerade rule if your cpe is nated

I had to reprogram the settings from scratch. Now it works fine.
