Traffic not passing over MikroTik running on VMware VM

Hi everyone,

I want to route the traffic entering to my CentOS VM’s through the MikroTik VM on my dedicted server which runs VMware ESXi 5,
I created 2 interfaces on VMware, added both to MikroTik VM, added the second interface to other VM’s, after these I set the Gateway address of the interface in VM’s to MikroTik IP.

Everything was working fine. Until I found out incoming traffic is not passing over MikroTik, directly arriving to the destination VM. Only outgoing traffic is passing over MikroTik.
I wanted to set some firewall rules, block some attacker IP’s. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to start fixing this at all.

I would be appreciated if someone can give me a idea?
