Traffic remain in status page does not show in hotspot service

Hello dears
I have a problem
I used RB951Ui and and upgrade to Router OS 6.29.1
I run hotspot service in my device and I set trafic limite for my users .
also I use hotspot user manager NOT ROUTER OS USER MANAGER
Now when users log on in hotspot and use internet after they logged of in status page did not show “traffic remain” item
but if I set time limite for users the time limite is shown in status page
please help me
