Traffic shaper problem

Using ROS 3.30 on a Core i7 920, 2GB, 2 gbit cards, bridged, transparent traffic shaper for an ISP.

We’re having random loss of traffic, just seems to stop moving traffic. We’ve had issues with MT devices plugged into Cisco devices in the past, so I’m leaning in that direction. The MT box is between the edge router and the switch that goes to the office and the CMTS. Small ISP, under 400 customers, under 20mb bandwidth.

Any info or questions about the config, just say the word, just gotta get this working again. Seems to be a problem with either auto negotiation between Cisco and ROS or the sheer volume of PPS. With a Core i7 and under 20mb, no errors showing up in the log, I am at a loss. I am using the same traffic shaping on my network without issue at all.

We’ve had problems with the management of the ISP changing the switch and router to auto instead of forced 100mb FD. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue.
