Traffic shaping in 2.9.17?

Hey guys,
does traffic shaping work correctly for those of you who have upgraded your routers to the lastest?
It “magically” stoped working correctly on routers we have upgraded. Users with 256k downloading at 3.5m with “no traffic” on the queue etc.
Anyone else noticed?

probably, there are some issues with your configuration.
check mangle rules to mark required traffic correctly (if you have), queues,
use torch for real-time traffic monitoring.

I think that after upgrading to 2.9.17 there are problems with my shapes too. There are a few reports from my colleagues. I am investigating this problem now.
