Hi, I’m getting connection from DSL, and DSL needs Traffic shaping to use full capacity, upload affects download speed unless you use traffic shaping.
How can I use Traffic Shaping?
This is what I did to control bandwidth, you might have to modify it a little for your needs
Did you do for DSL? 
I haven’t tested that one but I’m still looking for a Traffic Shaping for DSL this one seems not for DSL
I don’t think it really matters, bandwidth control is what it is, no matter what type of connection.
Just change the main upload and download queues to reflect your upload and download speeds you get from your provider.
Can you tell me which line should I change?
