traffic stops after some minutes (download)

Hy i use the Mikrotik RouterOS with Software X.X.38 and about 30 WRT 54 Router for Clients in our Wifi Network.

The Mikrotik is handle all Internetconnections via ppoe connections (~40).
In the network since 2 weeks i have a lot trouble because the ppoe connection is working fine but the traffic stops after a while or no traffic goes thrue. I saw the traffic (download traffic ) goes down. And the clients got no internet anymore

If I put a new ppoe connection it works also fine for a while, it can be 2 minutes till 1 hour that s very different and same problem will happen.

I tested all Wifi connections and they are ok.

Can anybody help me with this problem? maybe somebody had / have a same problem

seems like MSS & MTU problem…
check if Change TCP MSS isenabled in your PPP profile, it should be set to yes

thank you for your help it was a very good idea to check there parameter. After i checked this i found the mikrotik lost a rule at point “mangel” after i put this rule back it´s running fine :slight_smile:)))
