trafficflow or netflow

hi guys,
i wana analyze netflow packet.
i receive this info :

first and last is same . so how can i know whats pps or bps rate of this flow
?

what netflow version is this?

also, good pointer would be to check out with wireshark as it is capable of decoding netflow packets and show required information. A lot of fields just do not match

i see these attributes:
duration in seconds
how many octets of data
in interface
out interface
src addr & dst addr
protocol #
ip ToS
src port & dst port
nexthop
dstmask & src mask
TCP Flags

and packet header is with SysUptime, how many flows in a packet, netflow version and timestamp
