Transfer key to another system

Hi, I have bought the license of the picture… I bought for a server on a datacenter… I stop used this server and no have access to them… Can I use this key for other server?

This key in your picture is only for physical hardware. You can’t use it for virtual machines and can’t move it.
For virtual machines there is a different installation system called CHR and it has no keys. The licensing for CHR allows moving of license to other virtual machines.
