transmit 4 e1 with tdm over ip convertor in 30 km

hi

i need to transmit 4 e1 with tdm over ip convertor in 30 km distance.
i need to use rb411ah +R5SHPn +32.5 dB single polar antenna .
plz give me suggestion and some guide.are they suitable?
