my provider gives me a proxy to use 1.2.3.4 port 8080
when i used it on my windows browser everything works great but when i put on the mikrotik box hotmail does not open, msn messenger doesnt open, can anybody help plsssss. i dont want to let my clients use a proxy on there pcs can any body help me what is the problwm???
well i guess that mainly the problem is in https websites and the msn messenger so is ther anything i shoud do
I suppose your problem is “connection tracking”. if connecton tracking is turned off, the problems like yours persists. no messanger, no icq, etc. works. note that this is in the network with nat/masquerade.
