Transparent Web Proxy Cache

Is anyone else having troubles with the transparent web proxy cache in 3.9? Seems like when I enable it for a single IP on my network it works fine for a few minutes then slows and starts stalling loading webpages. Disable the NAT redirect and it works fine again.

Yes, many of us are having problems with transparent proxy. It seems not to work at all with the hotspot redirect function, and it refuses to be shut down even after un-checking the “transparent proxy” box.

My ROS version is 2.9.27,now I want know how to set the web proxy’s cache.
