Transperent proxy optioins help

Hi,
I am having mikrotik box which is running hotspot and on the same box i want to add another HDD and enable the proxy and chache transperently , i know how to setup etc,

The help required is i am restricting Bandwidth to my clients like 256 512 1mbps etc, but my need is all the clients have to get 1mbps speed for the content coming from chache , usage from interent should be same as queues i specified

Please let me know if the above senario works

It does not on stock RouterOS as there is no way to differentiate between cache hits and traffic the proxy has to fetch as they look the same to the queues. Someone alluded to a patch recently. Hit google and the wiki search.
