Tranzeo radios or Mikrotik radios? Recommend Plz

Hi guys
I Have two site, one the baseStation running hotspot and Userman on the same machine. I want all users on the other siteto get authenticated by the server @ the basestation.
Now I have realised that I need to bridges the two sites(transparently), I know tranzeo radios can do that but I’m not sure Mikrotik radios will. Read this

Normally, any 802.11 radio operates in Layer 2.5 Bridging mode. This means that when traffic is passed from a CPE to an AP, the CPE replaces the MAC address in all the packets it sends to the AP with it’s own MAC address. This means that the link is not completely transparent, which can sometimes cause problems, such as when trunking two switches. When put into PxP mode, Tranzeo radios function as pure layer two switches. They will transparently pass any and all traffic across, meaning that they can pass VLAN’s, as well as any other traffic that requires the MAC addresses to remain unchanged ( such as when trunking two switches ). Basically, if you have two devices connected to radios in PxP mode, it’s the same as physically connecting those devices with a ethernet cable.

I am particularly interested in mikrotik radios but I’ve not used one before, my boss wants us to use tranzeo radios but I want to convince him to use Mikrotik radios.
I know that if we use Mikrotik radios, we will not have to buy another AP for the other site instead we will just by a miniPCI card for the Mik radio at the other site.

Another issue, We are constained to 2.4GHz channel 6 for our access points. there are other providers on other channels.
My boss said tranzeo has some methods of controlling interference issues whch I am not sure of with Mikrotik radios.
Pls, I need advise. urgently.
How do you think we should solve this issue
Recommendations plz

It’s easy to do with Mikrotik RouterOS, we have a bunch of links setup like that. It’s our most common configuration.
I suspect the Mikrotik noise immunity (with a good radio, like SR2 or XR2) is no worse, and maybe better, than tranzeo.

The nice thing about the tranzeos is that they require no assembly.

Thanks RK
I have just acquired 2 RB 122 boards to experiment with
I will be experimenting with EOIP.
What is your own opinion?

In terms of reliability, the Mikrotik gear is far superior to the Tranzeos. We put in hundreds of Tranzeos over a two year period and many of them are still working fine but practically every problem customer is on Tranzeo. We just swap them out for Mikrotiks, or now, Ubiquity Nanostations. Sometimes, we even rip the Tranzeos open and put Mikrotik boards inside (although the Nanos are so cheap, it’s not really worth it anymore). So my magic formula is now Mikrotik APs, with Nanos for home CPE and small business CPE. Bigger business customers still get Mikrotik/Rootenna CPE. Tranzeo as APs will break your heart going around rebooting them and Tranzeo CPE are just not worth the money for a flaky product. (My opinion).
