Our teachers will be traveling and would like to be able to use the school’s MsAccess 2003 databases.
Could I please receive a suggestion as to how this would be done using the teacher’s laptop?

sounds like it’s Windows laptop, so make PPTP server and let the teacher connect to the school via VPN
