Traverse Viking board help

Hi, this is maybe a borderline post here, but I see that the Viking board is known, so I try t ask.

I have a Viking ADSL2+ board that worked perfectly (great product!) but had a problem on an html page of the web administration interface.
When still in the router I used the embedded web interface to flash the latest firmware downloaded from Traverse site, hoping that this solves this problem..

The operation passed flawlessy and with a positive confirmation

However after rebooting the board telnet & admin interface stopped to work; the board no more answer to ping on the admin interface address, but stil answer on WAN address.

Rebooting the whole router didn’t help too.

Traverse support email address is unresponsive, and documentation doesn’t give clues if it is possible to solve this situation.
There is some good guy here that had this board and can suggest a solution, or at least some nonstandard way to contract Traverse?
