Beside the aging Audience, is there another Mikrotik device that has three bands (1x2.4GHz and 2x5GHz) or at least two 5GHz radio? I looked at the hardware list on the site and did not find anything.

Nope, there isn’t one “from factory”. You could build one by using a 3xminiPCIe wifi cards. But beware of using two wireless cards operating in same frequency band without utilizing proper (hardware) antenna filters, both cards have ability to mutually destroy receivers.
Audience is done properly and usable channels of both 5GHz radios don’t overlap.
That’s sad as the concept was pretty neat.
