Trouble accessing websites

I’m going to post this in the Beginner section because I’m fairly new to Mikrotik.

Where I work we have a routerboard (2011UiAS) and I wanted to setup a PPTP tunnel from home so I bought a small wireless routerboard (RB951Ui-2HnD). I got the PPTP working fine and other than that it’s out of the box configured. I’ve upgraded to the latest version 6.33.5.

Some websites load fine, but others load slow or fail to load. I put my old router in place and the problem went away. I’m not sure the next step, but it’s unusable for me right now.

Here’s a video showing what I see.

I’m testing on a Windows 10 machine, but I have other’s (Ubuntu, BlackBerry Phone, etc) and they have the same response. The test machine was connected with both a wired and wireless connection. I cloned the MAC address of Eth1 to minimize any issues with the modem, although I have had them separate and rebooted the modem everytime I changed things over.

Ideas?
