Hi - I am having trouble reseting my RB5009UG+S+IN to default configuration. I held the reset button and plugged it in, but the blue light never starts flashing, as per the instructions. Is there something special I should be doing? Thank you very much.
Are you pushing the button in far enough? I have found it awkward and slightly challenging to press it hard enough while also inserting the power cable. Also, can you still access the router and login, if so you can reset it from the system settings menu.
I feel a bit silly, but yes I wasn’t pushing it hard enough or it was popping out. I was trying to plug it in and press at the same time. They didn’t work well. So input it on a bar with a switch. Thank you, very helpful. Also for others reading, it is not the blue light that flashes, it’s one of the green lights next to it.

No reason to feel silly at all. I struggled before as well and I didn’t even come up with the great solution that you did. Glad you were able to get the issue resolved.
