Trouble sending notifications

We are running 2b4, and I want to set email notifications.
When I try the email server ip address, we get a timeout.
See below, how do we fx this, as we can ping the two different smtp servers and know they received emails.

I figured it out, the server has a virus program that stops spam emails from port 25, so I need to allow the application that is sending the email notifications.

I am using smtpdiag.exe to see the processes.

Can someone help me and tell me the .exe name that is executing for sending the smtp.? Could it be dude.exe or some other name.

email notifications are sent by Dude server - dudes.exe
