hello, iam new in mikrotik, and iam having a problem with msn messenger, i have mikrotik routeros with 2 NIC one for my clients and one is public for the internet, and my clients are facing a problem the msn messenger is showing the troubleshoot message with code 80048820, so plz what rules or configuration should be done in the router, and thanks in advance.
First u have to look at what Microsoft says about this error code and then u look at your configuration that u did in MT.
And as u r new to MT,and i was like u b4,u have to study the manual carefully and ofcourse i say that the manual isn’t perfect and needs a lot of improvment but anyway it will help u a lot to understand as i tried b4 to understand and it go well with untill now.
U can also use ur winbox put demo2.mt.lv and use demo as the login and use no password and then look at the configuration there it is a good start for u.
