Trying to add a public IP to one client while other clients have private IP's

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help us. We are trying to add clients with public ips and some with private ips. We are not sure how to configure this on the Microtic. Any help and how this can work or if it can work. Attached is the image of what we are trying to do.
