I’m trying to set up my RB2011UiAS-2HnD. At the moment, I’d like to have the wireless off. However, whenever I turn it off (resetting the the router config, then going to the WebFig 6.18 “Wireless” sidetab and clicking the “D” next the wireless interface) that automatically switches my RB2011UiAS-2HnD into the “Bridge” mode according to the Quickset page.
Why would it do that? I have multiple other wired devices plugged in. Is there a different way I should go about turning the wireless off?
Just do not use the “Quickset” feature
If you know what you are doing.
But the way you describe is the good way to disable the wireless interface.
I don’t know why the quickset is showing something different but as long as you don’t click apply nothing will change in the config.
