Tweak Frequency Setting

I live in a very very RF/Wifi-dense location and I am hoping to get some advice on setting my wireless settings on my hAP-AX3 running 7.14beta4.

I use 2ghz only for iOt-type devices almost exclusively.

This is the current config:

[admin@212hAP-Ax3] /interface/wifi> print detail
Flags: M - master; D - dynamic; B - bound;
X - disabled, I - inactive, R - running
 0   BI name="Guest212" mac-address=4A:A9:8A:0F:04:93 arp-timeout=auto
        master-interface=wifi1
        configuration.mode=ap .ssid="Guest212"
        security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk,wpa3-psk
        .passphrase="xxxxx"

 1 M B  ;;; DFS channel availability check (1 min)
        default-name="wifi1" name="wifi1" l2mtu=1560
        mac-address=48:A9:8A:0F:04:93 arp-timeout=auto
        radio-mac=48:A9:8A:0F:04:93
        configuration.mode=ap .ssid="Upstairs5g-0F0493" .country=United States
        security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk .passphrase="xxxxxx"
        .disable-pmkid=yes
        channel.band=5ghz-ax .width=20/40mhz .skip-dfs-channels=disabled

 2 M BR default-name="wifi2" name="wifi2" l2mtu=1560
        mac-address=48:A9:8A:0F:04:94 arp-timeout=auto
        radio-mac=48:A9:8A:0F:04:94
        configuration.mode=ap .ssid="Upstairs-2G-0F0494" .country=United States
        security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk .passphrase="xxxxxx!"
        .management-protection=disabled
        channel.band=2ghz-n .width=20/40mhz .skip-dfs-channels=disabled

Here is the 2g and 5g scans:
