Two DHCP Servers inside a Network

It has happened a couple of times when inside a network there
are two dhcp servers, one of the RouterOS and another one.
Now the second is causing a lot of trouble since it gives
wrong IP addresses and gateways to the computers.

Any idea how to avoid it using Mikrotik features?
