Two different subnet LAN to LAN

Hi guys,

I am very new to Mikrotik world and I am establish a connection between these two LAN subnet.
The devices connected on these interfaces should be able to communicate with each other.

192.168.1.0/24 <----> 172.16.16.0/24

IP address 192.168.1.1/24 interface port 4
No master port configured

IP address 172.16.16.1/24 interface port 5
No master port configured
