i have ether 1 : ip 37.x.x.x.x
erher 2 : ip 38.x.x.x.x
socks service on mikrotik port 1080
how to listen port 1080 only on ether 2

drop on firewall filter input the packet that have 1080 port, and unwanted local IP as destination.

Iran has also been blocking telegrams for the past few days, as far as I know.

Use this as model:

/ip firewall filter
add action=accept chain=input dst-address=38.x.x.x.x dst-port=1080 protocol=tcp
add action=drop chain=input dst-address=37.x.x.x.x dst-port=1080 protocol=tcp

thanks , but not working for my senario
socks5 mikrotik 7.5 have problem for fast switch ip , shutdown for 2 min
i added one more ip public to fix this problem
