two interfaces in one subnet

i have got vpn router with interface in 192.168.0.0/16 subnet
but my new ISP have gateway in same subnet -192.168.0.1/24

there is any way to make routing from 192.168.0.0/16 to 192.168.0.1/24 ?

lan: ether1 - 192.168.0.2/16
wan: ether2 - 192.168.0.3/24 - gateway 192.168.0.1

I would change your internal subnet… or arrange for the ISP to provide you a Public address.
