Two IP , but only one gateway

Please excuse my English - -

i have two line (Fixed ip)
one ip is 61.172.24.6 and another is 61.172.24.7
but there has the some gateway 61.172.24.1
i want to get on the internet that use one ROUTEROS machine.

i try everything that i can find on the internet .
but i failed everytimes.

what should i do ~

Only option is to use two routers. However if you are not getting double bandwidth then there is no point of such setup.
