Picture doesn’t say much about configuration of routers. If there’s bridge, then Mikrotik1 should be available as if it was connected directly to internet. Unless there’s some bridge filter in the way. Simplest way to find out where’s the problem is to connect Mikrotik1 directly to internet for a moment and then try to connect it. If it works, look for the problem at Mikrotik2. If not, it’s Mikrotik1.
