  • mini PCI express slot X 2 for 3X3 MIMO
  • Gigabit Ethernet Port X 2

There is no routerboard with 2x mini-pci-express

Only some x86 meets your requirements

mainboard - Intel Marshaltown DN2800MT

have two mini-pci-express, but only 1x ethernet

You can place an ethernet card in the pci-e slot. Then you have 2x gigabit and 2x mini-pci-express.
