two networks, connected by one patchcord

Well.. There is two nets: 192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x handled by Mikrotiks
Mikrotik 1 address is 192.168.1.1, he is a defaulr gateway for others comps in that network
Mikrotik 2 address is 192.168.2.1, he is NOT a default gateway for comps over net. Default GateWay is 192.168.2.4

There is a big-big patch cord between offices. Mikrotik 1 connect to Mikrotik 2 by dedicated interface(192.168.1.:sunglasses: and he see mikrotik 2. (192.168.1.1 succesfuly ping 192.168.2.1) but comps behind mikrotiks can’t ping comps iin another network. Where is the problem? ( i can’t ping 192.168.2.20 from my 192.168.1.34/ for example, but i can ping 192.168.2.20 from my mikrotik (192.168.1.1))

there is no chanse to use 192.168.2.1 as a default gateway.

most easiest way
give mikrotik-1 a static route toward mikrotik-2 for 192.168.2.0 sub net and give 192.164.2.4 a static route toward mikrotik-2 for 192.168.1.0 sub net. or else run ospf on both router and the gateway also.
